Black mould is often caused by condensation. It usually occurs on colder surfaces such as windows, internal and external walls. It may be an indication of a larger problem within the property. Black mould will spread incredibly quickly. Not only does it look unsightly, it can also be damaging to your health.

Awaab's Law is set to be implemented in December 2024 - this law is designed to ensure landlords maintain safe living conditions for tenants - with regular inspections to identify and address issues such as mould and damp that could have an adverse affect on the health of the tenant. ​

We use a specially designed mould wash concentrate - a fungicidal treatment -  that removes the mould and is effective on a variety of surfaces
